To improve game balance and technical stability, we use professional third-party services. To protect children, telemetry collection is restricted by age:

• Google Firebase: Collects anonymous telemetry (e.g., session length, levels reached, crash reports) to help us optimize the game. This service is strictly disabled for users under the age of 13.
• Google AdMob: Serves advertisements that allow the game to remain free. It respects the age settings provided by the user.
• Google Play Services: Manages leaderboards and achievements, integrated with your Google account.

2. Age Gate and Children's Privacy

Arrows features an Age Gate on first launch. This ensures that we provide a safe experience while adhering to international regulations (COPPA/GDPR):

• Users Under 13: All data collection for analytics (Firebase) is completely deactivated. Advertisements are served in a child-directed mode (G rating, no behavioral tracking).
• Users 13+: Basic anonymous telemetry is collected to help us improve the game.

3. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to support development. For all users, ads are filtered to be family-appropriate. For users under 13, we signal to Google that the content is child-directed, disabling personalized advertising identifiers as required by law.

4. Data Retention and Rights

We do not collect names, emails, or PII. We maintain anonymous technical data only as long as necessary for optimization. You have the right to request the deletion of identifiers associated with your device. You can manage privacy and ad preferences directly in your mobile device's settings.
